Q. What products do you use and sell?

We also sell milk_shake products the milk_shake philosophy is simple use the power and beauty of nature to achieve gorgeous hair this brand is ever becoming more popular in the salons and we LOVE it.

Q. What happens if I am late for my appointment?
A. Because time is very specific to your service we ask if you can be as prompt as possible, however if you do arrive late we will do our very best to keep your appointment but we may have to shorten/change your service as we wont have the same allotted time with you, so the other clients are not affected.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?
A. Yes, we may ask for a deposit if your service is an hour or more. Deposits are fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled 48 hours before your service.

Q. Do you take credit debit card payments?

A. Yes, we take all major card payments

Q. What do I need to know before booking my hair appointment?

A. I think its very important we get to know your hair history therefore new clients can book in for a complementary consultation ether on the phone or book into salon to discus what they would like done on their visit, and this can give you an opportunity to have a price quote also. due to limited seating we kindly ask if you come alone to your appointment

A. We think its important to get to know you and you us to see if we are the right fit for you. You can meet the team and have a complementary no obligation consultation

Q. Do I have to have a skin test?

A. We give all new colour clients a skin test at least 48 hours prior the your colour appointment. this is to make sure you are not sensitive to colour. this will be done even if you have had colour in another salon as your safety ill absolutely our first concern

Q. What are your prices like?

A. Our pricing is done on a time basis and also on colour poses we can give you a good idea of pricing in your colour consultation
